Guest Cancellation Policy

We respectfully request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for services. Cancellations less than 24 hours, or missed appointments will be charged a 50% fee. Half value of the missed service(s) will be deducted from a gift card balance. For groups booking service appointments (such as wedding parties, etc.) we respectfully request 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or schedule changes. Canceling this kind of appointment without giving 72 hours' notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service amount per guest.

Late Arrivals

If you are 10-15 minutes late to your appointment we may need to reschedule or shorten your service. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled times and will be responsible for full service fees.

Cell Phones

Out of consideration for Eve guests, please mute cell phones ringers, turn down any music/ videos and refrain from using the speaker phone. Cell phone use is not permitted in the spa.

Children/ Minors

Parent/legal guardian must be present in the treatment room for all spa services provided to a minor. Childcare services are not provided. For the safety and the relaxation of our other guests, your children must be supervised by a responsible person, if unable to do so we ask you leave your children at home. Children should not be in the spa unless they are receiving a service.

If you’re new to us for any services in the spa please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Any nail services should arrive 10 minutes early to pick out a polish. It is our suggestion that you leave your valuables at home as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. We ask for any redo requests to be made within one week after your appointment. The safety of our staff and our clients is our top priority. As such, the salon & spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if we feel they pose as a threat. Gift cards are non - refundable & we are not responsible for any gift cards that get lost. We don’t accept checks.

Product Returns

All product returns are inspected upon return, products must be returned in new condition and within 30* days from date of purchase with your original receipt. Additionally, returns of items that qualified for a free promotional item(s) must be returned with the free promotional item(s). Please note: Items noted as final sale or not-returnable are not eligible for exchange or return. Eve monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that, in its sole discretion, do not meet the return policy requirements, in instances of abuse. We cannot accept returns on overly used products. *Refunds for returns received after 30 days are not guaranteed and will be made at the sole discretion of Eve. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that products returned to Eve are in resalable condition and properly packaged. If damage occurred to any product(s) before you purchased that makes it defective or as you use the product it becomes defective please bring it back in and we can give you a new product. Sometimes hairsprays build up, running them under hot water can clear the clog. If you are unsatisfied with your product after use, through no fault of Eve, a 20% restocking fee will be charged to the client or taken off the product exchange. Products that are brand new, unopened, in current packaging can be used for a product exchange.
